Transfer case fluid GL-4?

I'm looking to change the transfer case fluid on my 3500, can we use a GL-4 hydraulic oil?
 
I’d be concerned about potential pumping issues for the internal lube pump, so you’re better off to run a ATF like ATF +4 or Dexron III.
