When I got my 22 3500 dually i planned on using it for towing my fifth wheel. I got the trailer TPMS but I thought I read something on here that the sensors that come with the truck from the factory don't work on aluminum wheels. Is this true and if so, what is the part number for the longer sensors? I am trading in my old fifth wheel and buying a 22 Alpine 3790FK and want to get the sensors installed when I pick it up. Also, this trailer is pre-wired for side and rear cameras. I have the Mopar trailer surround cameras and am wondering if I can use the wiring in the camper to run the Mopar cameras and control unit.

Most “prewired trailers” are just wired for 12V to
power a wireless camera. That’s not compatible with the mopar system.

The trailer tire TPMS compatibility depends on the wheel, so you won’t know until you try.
