Trailer towing data screen inop

I may have posted this thread in the wrong spot, sorry.

Does anybody have an idea why my off-road pages loads accurate temperature data, but my trailer tow screen is inop? The only data point that works is the brake control data when i depress the brake pedal, but the temps are all showing no data, even when I can see accurate data on the off-road guages page.

Note: I haven't plugged a trailer in to see if it will magically start working because my 5th Wheel is snowed in right now, and I suspect that's not the culprit anyway (but I could be wrong).

First photo is the off-road page with all data working good. The next photos are off the trailer towing pages not getting any data from the ECM.

Has anybody else had this same issue?

Could this be an issue with a loose or disconnected plug at the connector block where my bypass cable is plugged into?

Thanks for any help you are able to offer.

My truck has the same issue. Sometimes the trailer page works but most times this is the case. Also did you notice trailer 1 is connected even though it isn't?

Not until you pointed out out...

Strange issue. Maybe somebody has the answer we need on here.

Same here, POS software that Stellantis will never fix.

It's the daytime screen resolution but i realized today that my trailer towing guages started working all the sudden. I hope they stay working and the software issues are gone.

The “Trailer 1 connected” just means trailer 1 is what you have selected in the settings. It’s just poor word choice.

Thanks for the clarification, I thought that might be the case, but yes poor choice of words.
