Are you talking about the the trailer sway that is controlled by the ESC? You don't turn it off it's part of the ESC.

After reading the manual you can totally or partially turn off the ESC which disables TS . Thanks for the input .

I think even if you disabled it, the ESC turns back on automatically above a certain speed. (Like 30 or 40 mph).
