I have been running 37s Load D for almost the last year. They seem to be wearing very quickly now and I may need new tires soon . I have about 16000 miles on them and I rotate them every 3000 miles. My question for all of you is that I am planning to replace them with the Load E version but I am wondering if they will wear as quickly or if they may last longer. Please let me know your experience. I have them mounted on a 2022 Power wagon. Thanks

MT tires don’t have the longest life, I don’t think the load rating makes much difference on the tread wear assuming proper inflation and loading. You’ll find less MT tires with treadlife warranties because of the nature of the tire.

“seem to be wearing quickly” and “may need new tires” is a little vague. If we’re going to help we need more info. Are they wearing evenly? What is the current tread depth? (Looks like they start around 21/32”) how worn are we talking?

Interesting to read on the Toyo MTs as they are usually praised for their longevity. However I wouldn’t buy them for that only, I think they’re probably still the best looking MT available with Baja Boss MT following closely in second.

I switched to RTs years ago because they have a mileage warranty. My MTs would last about 20-25 on my Chevy before I felt like I needed new ones. I ran the RTs on my 13 mega cab, and changed them every few years prior to them wearing out due to cracking. Not sure if they last longer, but I now run them on my 22 mega cab

So the tread is wearing evenly but the just look to be wearing fast now. They probably have about 5/16 of tread left on them. My question is basically is it worth getting the load E tires if they wear slower than the Load D version.

I dont see anything that warrants needing the change those any time soon. The cracks you see are heat cracks not from age and I would not be concerned about them at all. Looking at those you probably have another 7-10k before needing to change them out. Where do you live? You often see this type of cracking in higher heat areas, Florida, Texas etc...

I'm in California in the outskirts of LA. So it does get a little warm here for most of the year. My biggest concern is having slicks once it starts raining. Yeah I know it doesn't rain a lot here but it is a concern.
