Tow Mirrors Shaking

I've searched a little but haven't found a ton of history on this issue. 2020 2500 Cummins Big Horn, tow mirrors shake like crazy when they're folded up (extended towing position) you can barely see what's behind you because they shake so much. When they're folded in it's much better but they still shake a little. It's hard to tell whether it's just the glass or the entire mirror assembly. Anyone else have this issue? Any solutions?

Check the bolts are tight you will get some shake extended because of leverage but thats about it
