Tow mirror bolt torque?

Anyone happen to know the torque for the bolts holding the tow mirror in place? Backed into my garage and forgot to retract them. At least I only took out the pax side and not both.

Im not sure if there is a tq spec for them, 10-15 ftLBS would be plenty.

Suck em in enough to crush the foam. Go around a time or 2 in circular fashion so they even out as the weatherstrip snugs up.
