touch screen in driving

i will tray to explain .....
if the car is not moving
all the phone keypad
and app via carplay
are working.
when im start to drive
the system not let me use all the functions...
it’s very annoying
on music apps ..
can anyone know how to disable this function???

There have been ways in the past to hack or jailbreak the touch screens to your liking. Haven't heard of anything for the latest units
