To Level or Not - Fitment Question

Hello everyone - just picked up a 2020 Hemi 6.4 Tradesman with 4.10's. I'm looking to get rid of the crappy Firestone tires that came on the rig and replace them with 285/75R18 Toyo Open Country AT3's. I am going to be pulling a 10k lb camper pretty frequently. Do you see a need for a leveling kit to fit the tires? Or would a leveling kit be purely cosmetic for tires that size? Thanks for the help!

I just put on 295/70/18 but also changed rims to a +18 offset and I have plenty of room..
