Tires 40x13.5R20 Can i use?

You can air down any tire, and it will change the ride. Most people run 35-45psi.
I agree, the stock pressure is way too high unless the truck is fully loaded.
 
The PW is the fourth car in our family. So I can probably decide for myself whether and what I should sell. If no one here can give a sensible answer.... Well. Not everyone uses the car as a tow vehicle or to transport ****.

Yes, I've already tried that. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the Bilstein shox cannot save it. I understand that my Tahoe has air suspension. But even if I compare any other vehicle with this weight... the Bilstein ones are so bad. I just can't understand people who still don't understand that Carli and co now exist. They produce chassis precisely for such vehicles.
Even a large freight truck has better suspension. So you can't tell me that it's a heavy vehicle and it's not made for that! Made for what? Have I written here that I use the vehicle for any specific things? If the suspension already sucks on the road and every pothole can be felt, I don't want to know how it fills in the forest.
Maybe it's just me. Possibly caught a Monday car.

Do what you must.
But most, if not almost all suspension kits you'll find out there have the main purpose of providing additional lift (for your 40" tires and whatnot).
Bilstein is a major brand for shocks and makes good products, IMHO.
 
I’ll add my 2 cents worth here. On my
22 ctd I went with the Carlie 2.5” level kit and Fox 2.0 shocks all the way around. I am running what amount to 35” tires on 18” wheels. Just drive down a rough gravel road for 60 miles round trip and truck rides great. No complaints whatsoever. My buddy mentioned how it rides so much better than his new Chevy 1500.

Powerwagon isn’t for you no matter what $$$ mods, independent front and rear is what you need.
Don’t spend any money on the PW, you will still feel the potholes.

People have answered your questions, I was one of them. But I asked what your intended purpose was with no response.

What people are trying to tell you is you wont be happy no matter how much money you will throw at it, based on what you're describing. Ive owned a PW and several diesels, Carli and Thuren suspension both dramatically improve ride quality but you will still feel imperfections in the road. Adjust your expectations out of a 3/4 ton truck or get something different. Your first question about running 40s tells me you've done little to no research and want everyone to provide you with the answers. This forum is an incredible resource of extremely knowledgable people who come to help. Use it correctly or find another avenue.
 
I'm inclined to agree with the others, get a different truck, but you still may not be satisfied.
I've owned 1/2 ton Chevys, a Tacoma, 3/4 ton Ford and now a PW. Other than my K5 Blazer that was built with a good off road suspension, the PW is probably second best riding truck on 35s compared to the others.
I now have the Carli Fox 2.0 shocks on mine. They are good, but the Stock Bilstiens were better at washboard roads and small potholes.
