I've got a new Ram 5500 with 16k miles, it's got steer tires on front and drive s on the back, 19.5 aluminum rims. I've rotated twice from side to side and noticed that the front tires are wearing to the outside. I took it to the dealership and they checked the alignment and said it was fine, service writer said nothing could be done and I would be buying a lot of tires. Had a 17 Ram and cross rotated tires and never had a problem. Can anyone give me a solution to this problem?

Did they give you a printout of your alignment specs, or just tell you it was fine?

To me it sounds like you may have a bit too much positive caster.

They gave me a printout but it didn't have specs, just said that alignment was correct. I was told that toe in should be adjusted to 0

Caster doesn't wear tires.
Clearly you have never heard of scrub radius.... caster being to much one way will cause shoulder wear when the wheels are not 100% straight
