Tire size

I have a 22 3500 Longhorn with stock 20 inch tires. Someone nearby is selling a set of 22” wheels with Yokohama Winter tires and TPMS sensors ICEGUARD G075 285/45 R22 T (114). Would these fit my 22 without issue? It’s a good deal and I need winter tires and wheels.

Fit yes, but no way I would run those. Zero sidewall so it's going to ride like crap and that is not the proper load rating for a HD truck. And those are going to be shorter then a stock tire. Pass....
