Tire pressure monitoring system

Odometer @ 3344 mi-Driving yesterday, 4 miles from home, my tire warning light comes on and the alarm dings. I switch to the tire pressure display and it shows 'temporarily unavailable'. The tires all looked good, so continued home. Tire light stayed on.

Today-check the tire pressures with gauge, all look good. Started up, tire light came on.

Drove about a mile down the road...tire light goes off. I checked the tire pressure display, all good. Like nothing ever happened.

What's going on here?

Probably a bad transceiver in one of the wheel wells, or some other fault.

Dealer visit recommended.
