I would’ve assembled and greased the uppers zerks and then swiveled the links into place and then greased the bottoms after. If I had a swaybar, that is.They must have changed the design or something. I have the lock n lube grease coupler and a few different tips and can't get any of them to get on the zerk. I'm sure a 45 or 90 degree zerk will work fine but am just surprised I can't find more info. What am I doing wrong? See pics:

That’s pretty piss poor. I have the older design and there’s no issue greasing.There is a zerk on the bottom side of the link as well. If they were facing the other direction I wouldn't have access to the lower zerk. If the lower zerk faced the front of the truck and the upper faced the rear it would work great.
YepNew design for the links. it is now centered instead of angled. Much harder to grease.
I didn't see an option for premium vs standard links. I could have missed it but didn't notice paying extra for "premium". It seems like they only have one option on their website now.It’s not “old” and “new” designs, it’s the standard steel version or the “premium” aluminum one.

Interesting. I looked at the listing and it only shows the machined aluminum ones now, but they used to all come with the welded steel ones and the aluminum ones were an upgrade option. You could probably get to them if you jacked up the truck from the frame and let the axle hang some. I think it would rotate the sway bar enough to give you clearance. Carli upgrades are the only way to go. I have a 22 Ram 2500 Laramie Rodeo Diesel and the first thing I did when I bought it was removed the factory crap and went with a full Carli system - Backcountry. The investment is worth it!Jay to add to the review of others, I installed a Thuren front sway bar on my otherwise stock 2024 Ram 2500 Hemi Big Horn 4WD CC truck this morning and I can say that the handling/ride improvement was impressive. Installation was a breeze in my garage.
My only “issue” is grease gun access to the upper arm fittings. Thuren quickly replied to my email, stating that the fitting is 1/4-28 thread and I will be installing 90 deg. or 45 deg. fittings to replace the (2) upper straight ones.
