I own a2020 Ram 3500 with rear air suspension. I’m interested if anyone has installed the Thuren Front Springs and fox shocks all the way around. If so I’m interested in the ride difference and opinions. The 3 1/2 inch Carly suspension is amazing but I’ll need to win the lottery to buy that! Opinions on the Carli suspension would also be appreciated.

I had a lot of Carli parts on my last truck. That said, I'll be going 100% Thuren on the 3500 I have on order. I think you get more performance for less $$.

Carli has a fancier look and an even fancier marketing department ;)

i did thuren 1" front springs / thuren kings / rear track bar on my 19 2500 air ride and have been very happy with it. would assume the fox set up would be a great ride as well. customer service via email has been fantastic for me as well.

Still waiting for the Fox shocks to show up that come with the kit so I got some shock extenders off Amazon for now. Truck rides great and I was able to fit 37’s on 20x9 +0 Hostile rims. I’m sure it will ride different when the Fox shocks show up, but I’m definitely happy with it as is for now. The truck sits absolutely level with this setup.

all the proportions on your rig look absolutely perfect. what is height from ground to top of wheel well opening? i dont think i've seen a truck that looks so perfect to my eye with any lift/level/wheel-tire setup in all my internet searching. the 37s don't look too big and its way up without looking jacked up. well done!

Just measured the fenders from the ground. Both front fenders at 44” from the ground and the rear fenders are 43.5” from the ground. I was having an issue with the one of the rears sitting lower than the other side as many others have experienced with the air suspension, can’t remember which was higher. But after messing around with the sensors and towing my travel trailer over the weekend, it is even side to side finally.
Thanks for the kind words, I’m pumped with how well it turned out.

Looks great! Right color too.

Agreed, looks AMAZING.

Waiting for the same truck to be delivered but in white. Running the same tires but 35.1x11.7 inches and will have Thuren 2.25 springs and 1" rear bag/leaf spacers. I am hoping my stance is similar.

So you have a ride improvement with just the coils and expect more improvement when the shocks get in. I have a similar truck like yours and want to improve ride quality for the family. It’s pretty rough in the back seat they tell me.

OP, I installed the Carli 2.5 System along with a Thuren Trackbar on my 3500 SRW LB (standard rear suspension). Although I'm happy with the ride improvement I am a little disappointed with the the front springs providing 2" of lift not 2.5" that Carli advertises. I called Carli and they said it differs from truck to truck. The system comes with a 1" rear block which gives me 1" rear rake.
If I had to do it over I'd get the Thuren 1 3/4" front springs and leave the rear alone

I have a full write-up of my Carli system installation.

I did the 2.25" Thuren springs with 1" blocks and bag spacers on my 3500 Mega with air. Came out about perfectly level and rides awesome. I'll get a pic once it warms up today for ya. Fits 37s just fine.

How does it sit in ALT ride height?

Do you mind listing how I can get the stuff to do the rear of my truck like yours ? What shocks did you use? I want the piggy back 2.0 on the front

I have the Ram Air Suspension from factory. I installed the .5" Thuren Springs, Thuren Front Shocks and Thuren Rear Shocks and Thuren Track Bar. Now, dont expect to be riding on a 1/2 ton truck where its perfectly smooth, however, the bumps you do feel are A LOT less noticeable. I enjoy the ride a lot more and defenitely recommend Thuren! Any other questions let me know

Old post, but do you have a pic of your rig. I am looking at doing something very similar.

I am about ready to pull the trigger for a Thuren setup on the new 3500.

Previously I went with the fox 2.0s with reservoir front and rear. I am wondering if it's worth the extra coin to go for the adjustable fox 2.5s. Truck is used 90% on highway towing or empty.

Either shock setup will be paired with the .50 springs in the front with the track and sway bar.

Anyone gone from 2.0s to the 2.5 fox?
