Thoughts for Lights in the Grille

Has anyone put lights in the grille next to the headlights on a 22 Laramie with night edition trim? The hole is 8in long and 1 high so if I can find a light with those measurements including the housing I think I can make it fit pretty nicely. I am finding some online but they are all sketchy on exact measurements and quality. I'm looking to see if someone has already found one that is pretty well built and will fit.

I got the kit just haven’t gotten it in yet. Looks like a little work for mine. Not sure about the tradesman @44Dan44 just dropped a step by step with some really good pictures along the way

Grille Lights from Rough Country

On the left side of the photo your mount hole will line up on a curve in the plastic, center punch before you drill so it doesn't slide on you. On the right side the goal is to center the hole in the available space. Hopefully this photo represents to you how its going to mount when you work...
