2 days after driving this off the lot I had the front left TMPS go out (as did on my 2022).

I asked them to set all of them to 45 PSI.

I dont understand how hard it is to set the pressure, but we gonna find out in a day or three.

ODB Genie cable inbound and I got the vLinker in today.

Not sure if I am going to go JScan or AlphaODB, maybe both.

I think you are going to be out of luck trying to set it to 45. Dealer isn't going to do it for liability reasons and I don't think Alfa or Jscan has the ability to do it on the 25 trucks.

Can confirm for myself, i told dealer set mine at 50psi and they said they wouldnt do it.

So pretty normal for a dealer not to do that, they are doing their job. Your going to have to get alpha/jscan to do that yourself @TruckinThumper

Dealers don't have the option to set the pressure lower, you'll have to do it yourself.

well, they have to set it at 5psi increments and I have one at 54 PSI showing.... So it would be safe to say they set the rear to 50. I am betting they set it and then
replaced the defective sensor.

Also, I did have the tires rotated about 150 mile ago and the temps have dipped below 200 deg. here in Texas

Again, the dealership can't change the TPMS settings....

You can see that it's still the OE setting of 65 psi, which is irrelevant to the sensor being replaced.

Probably not, the one at 54 just hasn't gone below the threshold yet (there is a little +/- hysteresis in there). The one showing a fault at 56 just needs to be pumped up a little higher to get it to trip back then you can lower it back down. You have to go several psi above the set threshold for it to kick off. If it's set for 55, it's not going to shut off at 56, need to pump it up to 60+ and drive it before it will go off.

I'd probably just do JScan as it can also program FOBs. Specifically, retrieve the needed PIN that AFAIK AlfaOBD still can't do.
