My name is Matt! I have a 2024 RAM 2500 Limited (diesel).

Thanks for the join! New car group for me and like my truck!

Q1) I just saw an article stating the app access is free for 10 years. Yet Stellantis required me to pay. How, where, who do I contact to address this?

Q2) what years for a 2500 are compatible tailgates with the 2024 2500, please?

Q3) I purchased my vehicle site unseen and picked it up in a 10-minute window at an airport. Come to find out in my good faith to the dealership, they did not reciprocate. There were some visible paint chips on the drivers door. Is there any recourse I have against the dealership or communication with Stellantis in regard to this?

Welcome! What app access are you wanting that you don't have? Might help to post the article. Can't help with the other 2 but perhaps someone else will be able to chime in (tailgates have changed a little bit over the years not versed enough to know compatibility).

It said in the article Stellantis is giving access for 10 years free, unless I misread the article I saw in this space. When I was turning on my ram 2 weeks ago, they said it is a monthly fee for the assist, remote phone app features, WiFi. And they have had a s/w bug since on the WiFi, trying to figure it out and write new code.
