My traction control light is on ,and the 3 buttons dont . The tow haul exhaust brake and traction control buttons dont work. I did recently do an aftermarket radio install. I did blow the single radio fuse. I replaced it and all the other fuses are good. I even checked the relays. I reinstalled the original radio and they still dont work. Anyone else ever have this problem? Thanks

Any codes? Someone with a good scanner needs to hook up and check the codes in the T/C module

Would somethimg wrong with the Traction control disable those buttons i wonder

The switch bank is run on linbus, not canbus, so a scan tool can’t connect to the switch bank module, since scan tools only read canbus protocols. All you’ll see is a fault in the BCM saying lost communication with upper switch bank module- which you already know.
Assuming you have a 2013-2018 since you’re posting in the 4th gen section, do the center stack controls work (hazard switch, hvac controls, etc)? Those are on the same battery circuit as the switch bank. If so, I would say it’s something wrong with the switch bank itself.
If there is a fault with traction control, this wouldn’t affect the other functions of the other buttons on the switch bank.
