Tail Light Guards?

Just curious if anyone on here has put tail light guards on their 5th gen yet. Would like some pictures and reviews on fitment. My driver side LED tail light got cracked somehow, and a replacement is outrageously expensive (around $400), thinking $120 for guards might be a good investment to prevent this from happening again in the future. If you have blind spot monitor I imagine they will interfere with that?

I did see a picture of them on a 4.5gen power wagon on Instagram a while back, they looked ok.
I would be concerned they act more as a damage multiplier than damage preventer

Ohh yea, i completely forgot about the blind spot monitors.

+1 to what @el_barto said. They may prevent damage for lighter items, but on more severe hits they are more likely to also damage the bed in addition to the lights.
