Has anyone used a SyneticUSA Tonneau Cover? I am considering this one https://www.syneticusa.com/collecti...-road-pro-auto-retractable-hard-tonneau-cover because it's a $1000 less than a Retrax Pro XR, seems to have similar features, and the canister is smaller. The only thing holding me back is I've never seen one on a truck and there aren't a lot of reviews out there.

The cannister is smaller due to their products on the link given aren't available for a long bed. $2.5K with shipping from RealTruck for our 2024 Ram 3500 4x4 with the 8 foot bed. KMD7936 Pace Edwards Ultragroove Metal.
No matter how much I brush the snow off of it, I can't always get it open since it jams up on any remaining snow/ice into the cannister. Needed something that can take our deep snow weight. Just took this photo on April 18, 2025 with a very light snowfall on it.
