After install the Carli leveling Fox 2.0 with AEV wheel and 37x12.5 17R Geolandar ATX the front tires are rubbing the sway bar. Is there any after market sway bar that could minimize this issue? Not sure if this help but I have not get an alignment yet.

Nice truck! Looks a lot like mine.

Are you Rubbing on both sides of sway bar or just one?

Adjustable Track bar?

I have a Carli Sway bar on order and it should be here in 4 weeks. The Carli Sway bar looks like it will gain some space over OEM.

My upgrades are:

35x12.5x20. Cooper STT Pro
Black Tint Fuel Siege 20x9 20 offset
Carli Commuter Level Kit
Carli adjustable track bar
Carli Sway bar

Sadly nothing installed yet... Waiting on Wheels/ Tires/ Sway Bar since January.

Thanks. I already have the adjustable track bar installed also. It is rubbing on both side on full turn lock. I'll have to chat with the Carli people and get some idea from them.

I am on stock suspension on 37x13.50r18's and I rubbed on the sway bar at full lock. Just installed the thuren sway bar today and it opens up an inch maybe two from the stock sway bar. I stopped rubbing on the sway bar after install. It's my understanding the thuren and carli are very similar. I didn't do too much after installing but it is a nicer ride hitting big potholes slow, and pulling into my driveway.

Do you have any rub on the radius arm?

I just saw a post this morning (can’t find it at the moment) but a user mentioned they added the thuren sway bar and it fixed their rubbing. Hope this helps.

I had a very slight rub on my stock swaybar after going to 37s. I do not rub after adding the Carli swaybar but I also lifted the truck 3" at the same time so not sure what helped more.

Carli or Thuren both make swaybars. I talked to CJC Offroad this week and it sounds like they have Thuren sway bars in stock. Carli is going to be a bit of a wait, I don't know the exact time.

Carli has drop brackets for the stock bar or their own improved bar.

I have these on order to run until the sway bars are in stock. I believe it helps with the end links, but not sure about rubbing. Do you know?

Lifting the front of the new RAM suspension requires the Sway Bar to be brought back into factory parameters, and these solid billet aluminum Sway Bar Drops fit the bill.
Milled with state of the art machines, the drops will return your Sway Bar into proper alignment as well as pushing it forward for coil clearance.
Includes high-strength hardware.

I wonder if the off-set on the rims you all are using is causing the rubbing. The wider tires may need more off set to relocate the tire further out?
These AEV I got have +27 offset with 5.8 backspacing

Wonder if it is a backspace thing then. On the Carli torsion bar it states:

- NOT compatible with Stock wheels, Max 5.75" backspace

I wonder if that holds true for the stock bar too.

I would call/message AEV and ask them what they do. They might have a part or a bar they've designed to run with those wheels. Something off the Prospector maybe. Prospector runs 37s:
