Swapping PW Bed

I love my 2020 but it came off the lot with the RAMBox option. I'm now looking to add a cap for some overlanding adventures. I'm not interested in the TopperLift option and have my eye on an SmartCap EVO. So, how easy would it be to swap out the bed for a non-RAMBox short bed? Anyone done that?

Would be pretty straight forward. Might find someone with same color who wants to swap.

I assume the more difficult part of the swap would be installing the Ram box bed on the truck that didn’t come with it, due to the extra wiring that might not be present, and then getting the locks rekeyed for their truck.

What color is your truck? I know a guy who was looking at getting a truck with RAM box but ended up with a regular bed as the selection of Megacabs were slim.
