Gents,

The Supreme Court ruling today limits the autonomy the EPA has to regulate emissions standard without congressional approval.

Now I ain’t no lawyer, but what this might mean is that emissions standards may now become a political process and proposals must be approved by congress.

And what that means is our voices might finally matter, and this could be an opportunity for our voices to be heard.

Consider writing members of congress and your political representatives and letting them know what you think about the way the EPA has targeted small businesses with egregious fines for the modification of diesel vehicles for off-road use.

I know we have largely been silent on this issue because we didn’t have a voice. However If emission standards become a political process, now we do!

If the politicians get involved you get less say and more people with no clue making the rules. Just my 2 cents

…a fantastic win, epic. It will have ramification in every aspect of life, the most consequential ruling of our time IMO.
Let the lawsuits begin….
