Sun visor issue

Since my truck was new when i flip down my drivers visor it pops out of its little clip in holder. The dealer said they couldn't reproduce the issue and after showing them a video and in person they decided to change the clip that's bolted to the headliner. Unfortunately i still have the same issue. The next step would be to change out the visor itself but i think that's gonna be a battle with the dealer.
I did notice the mechanic was using his right hand and flipping it down on the right side when they tried to duplicate the issue but i've always used my left hand and flip my visors down on the left side on all my vehicles, which on this truck it pops it out.

Anyone else have this issue or do i just use the wrong hand and need to just change the way i flip it down?? lol!

Have you tried it with your right hand, or, with your left hand on the right side of the visor?

If it works, you have an answer to your question.

If it doesn’t work, one or two wraps of electrical tape (of the same color as your interior of course) should button it up nicely.

I should have been more clear, although i use my left hand it doesn't actually matter which hand i use. Its whenever the left side of the visor is grabbed to flip it down that it pops it out of the hanger. I don't have any friends with a 4.5 gen ram to ask. My two 3rd Gens had no issues and I've driven lots of 4th gen 1500's and never had the issue either.

Mine does it also. If you pull it down on the right side of the visor it won’t pop out. Kind of a pain.

Well i guess no sense trying to get a replacement visor under warranty if im not the only one with the issue. Obviously a design problem.
