Sun roof / moon roof delete - more headroom ?

Getting closer to ordering a 3500 SRW megacab with ram box, air leveling and the 2 kW inverter power upgrade.

Not sure what trim level yet.

I don't want or need the sunroof. Does deleting that give more head room / clearance inside ?

We have a few vehicles with those, and we get so much sun, literally never gets opened.

Some of the photos on like show the sun roof really protruding into the cabin, especially in the back seat area. Gaining that back would be nice.

A few inches more yes. I've never measured it (had both sunroof and non sunroof trucks) but it is noticable.
