Sulfur smell and a bunch of rear light codes

Truck was running rough today after some pretty rough off roading and fording some water.

I think we need pics of said off road adventure to properly diagnose! Kidding but I/we do enjoy seeing others use their trucks as intended. Mine being a pavement nerd camper hauler.

Do you have a shop or garage that the truck can dry out in….see if the truck goes back to normal?

No shop, truck is too tall for garage unfortunately. It made it home from flagstaff then back to flagstaff for elk. No real issues and the only code was for the short in the rear tail lamps and cargo light. Hopefully I don’t jinx it cause I have to go back to Phoenix today, but has been a stud as of yesterday.
