Stuck Tailgate - 2023 Cummins

So today my truck bed which apparently has automatic locks, won't open. Almost if it's not engaging. I was able to push forward and get it to release but this is a bummer. I have read somewhere else the same issue and wanted to know if anybody could provide some insight? Thank you for your experience!

I have the same issue when the sun shines on the gate on a hot day. I have to push on the gate to release. Too much pressure on the latch for the electric solenoid. You can adjust the latch pin but the tailgate might not even with the box.
