I am having an issue with my 2019 ram 2500 Laramie. I recently got stuck driving through some storms with no issues until the day after. Since that day the truck won’t start, I hear a pop when I hit the start button and the batteries give the symptoms that they are dead over night. When I do get it started the display is back to default color and temp is off. The batteries and alternator were all tested and good . I don’t know if it’s electrical damage or starter issues.

That pop sounds like a terminal may be loose and arcing. Check both batteries for good connections on each terminal is where I would start.

I should have also stated that I have a P2509 code but no check engine light when I do finally get it started

Original batteries? Also who tested them, and how?
