spare tire size

I'm new to site, question may have been answered many times. I bought a 2020 Ram Limited Off Road new in 2020. It came with 20x8 aluminum wheels and appropriate tires. I just now laid under the back of the truck and realized that it only came with an 18" full size spare. Is that normal Ram procedure?

I run a set of 275/70R18’s for hunting and then the 286/60R20’s the rest of the year. Last year when I put the 275’s on I noted the OEM circumference and then adjusted the speedo for the the 275’s. When I put the 285’s back on I went back to the OEM setting and realized the speedo was off, by the time I got it adjusted with a gps and the odo reading (more accurate than speedo reading) the 285’s and 275’s use the exact same setting.

They have both worn enough tread down than I need to make another small adjustment. The 275’s will probably come off today until next September.
