[Solved] Hole/Cover in Bed of 3500?

Can someone help identity this part? There are two oval shaped holes on the driver side (one towards the front, the other towards the rear) of the bed, next to the 5th wheel mount points. I'm missing a cap for one of them and would like to replace it. I did not find a part number on the one that's still there.
