I have a 2022 Ram 2500 Bighorn 6.7 and i am in the process of adding blind spot monitoring. Now the status and issues. I ordered a set of tail lights off of eBay that were advertised as “2022 3500dodge ram tail lights both sides with blind spot monitoring condition was new. They looked new and like they were setting in a garage for awhile, the part numbers are 68639088AA and 68639089AA they were priced fair. i bought the wiring harnesses from bam and they plugged in and the taillights work great as taillights , i obviously made the led light changes in jscan. I cannot get the bsm to work and i am fairly confident i made all necessary changes with jscan. The radio shows blind spot setting not saved, please try again when i try to turn it on. the evic shows
Blind Spot Alert Unavailable Service Required when i start the truck and also under stored messages. The glass is not installed yet. I’m thinking the bsm might be bad so i am planning on ordering 2 new ones i’ve seen on ebay for 70ish dollars because i can’t find a way to test them and i honestly don’t have any ideas. any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
