This has been used with my old 5th gen 1500 and 2500. It has been unregistered and set back to default to make ready for its new owner.

Works fine on the the HDs and many people here have used it. If you contact Rough Country they'll tell you it works too. They just haven't updated their site.
I finally went with AlfaOBD to change other settings that this can't do, but if you want a simple way to update tires sizes then this is a great option.
