Smooth/bigger intake pipe to stock box?

Anyone ever find something like this? The oem ram air intake is great and more than Ill ever want, but I cant help but want a smooth and possibly bigger pipe between the air box and throttle body. I had that very setup in an old jeep from airaid that worked perfect, but can only find "cold air intakes" that im not interested in as the factory intake is as ram air/cold air as you can get.

Below is a Cummins but pretty much what I am looking for my hemi.

Stock is more than enough. If you change, be prepared for possible CEL.
