I've had my power wagon with UC5 12" for a week and a half now so I'm still learning my way around, but I can't stop my music on USB or iPod from shuffling. I made the mistake of hitting the shuffle button once, and now everything is shuffled all the time - I can't listen to an album or playlist in order. I've tried multiple devices and they all shuffle all the time. Hitting the shuffle button again just shuffles them into a different random order. I feel like I must be missing something obvious. The function of the shuffle button can't be 'press once, and shuffle everything until the end of time'.
I'm so frustrated, I even tried reading the manual! It says "In USB Mode, press the Shuffle button on the touchscreen to play the selections on the USB device in random order to provide an interesting change of pace. Press the Shuffle button on the touchscreen a second time to turn this feature off."
Next step is a factory reset, I guess, but I don't want to have to do that again if I accidentally hit the shuffle button. Any ideas? Am I missing something obvious?
