I have a 2020 CTD HO with only 1300 miles on it, and noticed a couple of times a very lite surging only up hills greater then 6% grade and only at a lower speed around 45-50mph.

search around. it's a common complaint. my personal opinion is that it's in the tune, but some suspect turbos, or torque converters....

I've only noticed surging on cruise during regen.

But others have complained. There's a post VB6 TSB to address some complaints of surging. Is the truck all up to date?

yes just 3 weeks old

Mines been surging since new (2019). It's very light and I just rock on. 33K on it yesterday.. over 1/2 of it towing.
