Shocks extenders vs longer shocks

I’ve got a 2021 ram 2500 diesel. I’ve put the proryde 1.5” front lift spacer. The mechanic never installed the shock extenders. The truck ride pretty rough the least to say. My question is do I need to install shock extenders ( if shocks are not blown by now , or install a set of bilsteins? If so which model of bilsteins to accommodate with the 1.5 inch lift spacer. Any help would be appreciated.

If you are dead set on keeping the spacers get a set of bilstein 5100's.
