Shell Rotella DEF - anyone using it?

I see that Tractor Supply carries Shell Rotella Def. I've used Rotella diesel oil for over 20 years but don't know anything about their DEF product line. It's cheaper that the Blue Def but don't know if it's as good. Thanks Fred

Yep, fresh is key. Cheap def is usually fresh for reasons. I get Walmart supertech, usually less than a month of manufacture to shelf time. Has the date in plain format as well, some use codes you need to decipher.

Buy any DEF you want, its all the same. Last I bought last month was off brand at Rural King.

Its getting pumped in to the exhaust buy it as cheap as possible there is no reason to spend extra on DEF
