Service Steering Directed Headlights

Anyone get this message before? I can’t find anything about it in my searches.

2022 Limited 2500 Mega cab/ Diesel.

Fog lamps function with turning; however, the projectors don’t seem to move at all.

If I try to turn on the adaptive steering lights in the uConnect it says the settings were unable to be saved, please try again. I also don’t notice them swiveling at all when I start the truck.

Everything else seems to be functioning as it should.

Disconnected battery cables while I installed a bed cover. Finished the bed cover and out them back on, no more service headlight message for a couple hundred miles now.

I think only the blinkers require fluid
