Got a brand new RAM 2500 Bighorn about 8 days ago. I saw service shifter light and hearing steering noise when turning on very low speed.

Any suggestion would be appreciated

For the Service Shifter light, the first thing I'd look at is the fuses. Many have reported that numerous fuses are loose upon delivery, so this could be a quick and easy fix.

As for the clockspring noise, that will likely be a bit more involved, so depending on your willingness to tempt fate with the airbag, may need a trip back to the service dept.

Thanks for the tips. I’ll look into the fuses.
Looks like I’ll bring the noise issue to service department when I go for my first oil change
