Tried to head up there during some rain and snow to avoid some of the tourists. Plan was to drive through the pass and onto Flagstaff, but they had it closed half way up because of the weather.

They are just some universal ones off Amazon that I cut to fit. Important to me that they are flexible and not rigid flaps.

Thats a great idea! I am running some semi rigid ones on my Ecodiesel right now, I made them from some old semi-trailer flaps I found at work. Ill be getting (or making) some flexible rubber ones for my PW once it comes in. The AEV ones look nice although I just found out the Rear flaps are the only ones with the logo, the front ones are blank. I wonder if you can mount the rear flaps on the front as well, I figure the bolt pattern would be the same front to back.
