Seat Upgrade?

I recently purchased a 2020 3500 Tradesman and have been blown away at how an owner can essentially upgrade trim levels with a few additions and modifications. My truck came with 40/20/40 manual seats, but it's got me thinking about switching my manual cloth seats to power leather (from a wrecked donor vehicle).
Question 1: Is the wiring already there for this type of upgrade and it's a plug-n-play upgrade? If so, would this also be for heated/vented seats (I assume these would require some changes with AlfaOBD)?
Question 2: My 4WD shifter is manual and on the floor. What are the chances I could switch from a front jump seat to a center console?
Thanks!

These are the harnesses that I could see without removing the drivers seat. I'm assuming that the yellow plug has a female counterpart on a power/heated/vented seat?

From what I've read, upgraded seats are plug and play. I'm trying to find some heated/vented seats on car-parts.com and it's super frustrating. I don't even care if the leather is in good shape b/c I'm going to cover them with katskinz.

Yellow connectors are usually airbag

I read in another thread that seats from any 2010-18 Ram will bolt in to a 2019+ HD Ram. I'm wanting to add power, heated (and vented/cooled would be great) seats to my 2020 3500 Tradesman.

Could I take power adjusters from a 4th Gen 1500 (being more plentiful and usually less expensive), move the cushions (and anything else that could be used) from my current seats, purchase the heating/cooling parts and essentially build the seats I'm looking for? I don't know exactly what parts this would require, but the price and availability of replacement seats seem to be an obstacle I'm having difficulty overcoming.
