Has anyone ever had a front coil spring sag,i measured left to right fronts an right side is sagging 1 3/4 inches truck is a Ram 2500 4×4 2019

that is excessive. my passenger side is 1/2" taller side to side compared to the driver's side.

Well ,i have an appointment with the dealership cause truck is still covered by warranty and gonna let them diagnose it hopefully they can fix it and it wont cost me a bunch of money,if any,I'll post the findings

Recently get an alignment done? If the caster cams aren’t in a similar orientation, the induced torque on the front axle can cause uneven ride height up front.

Not to my knowledge has there ever been an alignment done on the truck, when i purchased it had 25 miles on it but as evidence shows thigs can an will go afoul time 2 time ,thankyou

Ok,here's the update to the front end sagging, back in October i hit a traffic counter and the rubber hose wrapped around my tire an busted a leveling sensor for my airbag suspension and i ordered part an did the installation myself took less than 30 minutes, but here's when the problem started since I didn't have a computer to read and reset code for installation part the left airbag was inflating an pushing down the right front, took to dealer and they corrected everything for free an truck is back to correct ride height, Brother has to be a Nasa engineer to work on these trucks nowadays an found out a few things about all these def deletes that is not being told an could definitely cause trouble there is a code in the factory programs that has to be deleted from the ECU AN IF NOT it goes away for awhile but can surely surely surprise you an resurface an cause you alot of problems i like to do a delete but my truck is under warranty for a bit, goodluck hopefully this information was helpful...
