Running 6ga Power From Battery to Bed

Wracking my brain trying to find the best way to route a 6AWG wire in convoluted conduit from the battery, along the frame, and up into the bed. I have a pop-up camper shell with a RedArc power management system installed on the front wall. The cable is for the DC-DC charging aspect as I’m running LiFePo4 batteries in the camper.

The bed is bed linered from the factory (‘21 Trade Wagon). I thought I could run it out the slot where the tire down rings come out, but it doesn’t fit with the conduit. So…to my mind…my options seem to be:

1) Use a right-angle drill with a step bit and open up that slot from underneath.

2) Drill a hole elsewhere, source a properly sized grommet, and run through there. Of course the bed liner covers the access holes with convenient snap-on covers

I can’t access the top rails the camper rests on them. I also only have 25-ft, so not enough to run all the way to the back of the truck and to the front of the bed.

Any thoughts? Any gotchas I’m missing? Am I wayyyyy over thinking this?

Happy New Year!

IDK…I ran a 6 ga from passenger side battery to bed where I installed an inverter to run a small chest freezer. From battery I went straight down to frame and routed it back to bed wire tying it in a few places then up thru corner of bed. Also install inline fuse by battery.

I ran 2ga down the back of the wheel well and along the frame rail all the way to the hitch for my RV's DCDC charger. I just followed and zipped my new wiring to the existing wiring harnesses. I also wouldn't use convoluted conduit, just use mesh wire loom. With that it should fit just fine through the existing holes.
