While backing up and turning rear end has a rubbing that is gradually getting worse. It seems to go away after truck has been driven a bit.

May not be a solution, but at 19,000'ish I started noticing the same. 2020 3500 6.4L , Reg. Cab, 8ft bed, 4x4. ( YUP, 2020 with 20,000 on it) Almost sounded more of a right front issue. Thought of a rub, bearing, brake hanging up. Always on slow right turns, (neighborhood) , parking lots. Also the same backing up with the wheel turned to the right. I did a 20,000 mile fluid change for all driveline components. Everything but the transmission. I used the Mopar SAE 75w-85 Synthetic Axle Gear Oil (68210057AB) and a bottle of the friction modifier (04318060AB) in the rear differential.
Did a few errands and then ran about 15 miles on a bomb-run highway blast on the way home. Not a peep of the previous noise. Been rolling with the windows down on a slow crawl on the right hand turns or that reverse move backing into the driveway just to make sure I hear nothing. It appears that the fresh oil and modifier made the difference. Panic has subsided. Stating it worked for me. Your mileage may vary.
