Rough idle and hesitation

Looking to see if anyone else had had this problem and if you were able to get it fixed. I have a 2021 2500 6.7 and since new it has intermittently had a rough idle at start up and a hesitation when taking off from a stop. I originally just chalked it up to the cold weather and needing to warm up, but now it has been 60* out and it’s still going the same thing. There are no codes in it and it doesn’t fall under the tsb for the 2020s with rough idle so the dealer says they can’t find anything wrong. I am getting pretty frustrated because the ‘16 6.7 I had before this ran perfect so I know it isn’t normal.

Torque converter trying to protect the transmission. Put more foot into the accelerator pedal and you can turn it on or off depending on how far you push the pedal in from a stop. Tt does get annoying sometime.
