Rough country Steps

Hi all, I am wanting to order the rough country Power steps for my 2024 2500 6.7 but on their website it says they will not fit with a DEF tank. I don’t see how the def tank would interfere on these trucks. Can anyone chime in that has them that can confirm if they fit?
