ROTORS SRW vs. DRW

Does anyone know if the inner rotor and caliper on a DRW is the same as a SRW? They both look the same as both use a drum brake for the E-brake and the same rotor and 2 piston caliper.....I'm not quite sure on the caliper size due to the towing differences. The only difference I can see is the DRW hub extension for the outer wheel.
I'm going to experiment on a 6 piston caliper and rotor kit but they only list for SRW for 11.5" rear ends. Since I dont have Max Tow (12" rear end) on my DRW I think it'll work. I found a common Mopar part number for the rotors, both SRW and DRW.

I would guess if they shared rotors the calipers would be the same also. The difference in part numbers could be from the mounting bracket. They may share the same caliper but the bracket could be different from SRW to DRW. Most places sell calipers with mounting brackets making them side specific.

If the DRW is an HO / Aisin truck, then it comes from the factory with the larger “max tow” rear calipers and rotors.

All HO/ Aisin DRW pickups come with the max tow rear brake rotors and calipers, regardless of wether or not the truck was ordered with the “max tow” option.

Dang it...and that's what I have...HO/AISIN....Hmm, the sizing is what I was worried about. I cant find any diagrams if the caliper mounting bolts are in the same location between the HO and SO trucks..MAX TOW vs. NOT.....Hmm, maybe just compare calipers from a local autoparts store and see. The upgraded caliper will bolt to the existing mounting location and if they are different due to size..then it squashed my idea....
