I purchased a 2025 3500 diesel and after 2 months of ownership it went into the dealership because of a check engine light. It has been sitting there for just over 2 months waiting for an RF module to arrive. I opened a case with Stellantis and have been told 7 to 10 days for the part to arrive for over a month now. Terrible customer service. Has anyone else had this problem and have you had any luck resolving it?

Nobody at Stellantis seems to care about the customer. Not a surprise why their sales are plummeting.

I have been a loyal Chrysler customer for 30 years. I have 4 vehicles and all of them are Chrysler products. This experience is turning me to Ford!

Pretty par for Stellantis and it’s pathetic. I’ve dealt with the same on multiple occasions. Back ordered parts for a brand new vehicle.

I think most folks can accept the fact that things break and probably more so on new tech/models. Bugs and growing pains.

What is 100% unacceptable and shameful is Stellantis not making current “paid up/delivered” customers a top priority while trucks roll off the assembly line.

Having to deal with individual dealer’s parts employees “priorities” and Ram “doesn’t care” is ridiculous.

Sorry doesn’t help your situation. I’m right there with you and needed to rant!

I feel your pain as well. I just traded my 22 6.7 in on a 2025 Ram 2500. I test drove and purchased the truck last Friday but noticed when coming to a stop it had a surge or jump just before a complete stop. Service said it probably needs a software update that they would do right away and I could pick it up Saturday. Picked it up Saturday and it still did the same thing. Called sales back and was told to bring it back on Friday for their first appointment. Meanwhile also found out that there’s no power on the center pin of the 7 way trailer connector. According to service, they are waiting on engineers to call them back for answers. My brand new truck is just sitting there with under 200 miles waiting and waiting.

Super frustrating when the truck is basically brand new and you can’t even use it. Sometimes going through a different dealer’s parts department helps (they can “locate” parts faster than the service side). Not a quick fix, but might be worth a try before giving up completely.

Thank you for the suggestion. I tried this earlier this morning after seeing your post. It didn’t pan out but it was worth a shot…

Just as a quick update on my issue ( for those that are interested). Stellantis is still giving me the run around. Multiple emails telling me my part has shipped but the dealership doesn’t show that it has shipped in their system. When I ask for a tracking number, which if it shipped should be easy to provide, I get more runaround.. in short it hasn’t shipped and they are just trying to appease me.

Stellantis’s customer service is absolutely atrocious. This was the last vehicle I will buy from them.

Yeah I’m currently trying to find an attorney to do lemon law on mine right now.

I’m also getting the run around.

Don’t waste your money on a Lemon law suit just yet . It is much more complicated than what you might think to prove that no effort has been made to rectify the problem .
