Replace factory rear air bags with aftermarket ones

Looking to replace my factory rear air bags with aftermarket ones. Not adding onto the factory air bags...but completely removing them. One of my concerns is whether or not my truck will throw air suspension fault codes as my new set up will not plug into the factory sensors or fittings. Has anyone gone down this road before? I've tried searching for other similar threads but they are all individuals simply adding an additional bag vs completely removing the factory system. The kit I am looking to purchase is the rear kit from flight fab.

I was looking for an answer to this exact question and stumbled on yours. I found one post the person said they used alphaodb to remove all air suspension related items from their system and it worked fine and did not throw any errors…..I can’t say for sure obviously but sounds promising
